David has been the President of the Seaton Foundation, since 1986, which provides education and training programs that promote the concepts of LifeLong Living for professionals and organizations working in long-term care. The Seaton Foundation recently created the Learning Community for Cognitive Disability at Texas State University to attract, train, and provides internships for students to learn to be future leaders in long-term care.
